3. Trading Card Condition

Unless otherwise stated on the product listing, individual cards may have varying conditions.

Where applicable, listings may identify cards as:

  • Near Mint
  • Lightly Played
  • Moderately Played
  • Heavily Played
  • Damaged
  • Graded

Graded cards are identified by their applicable grading company and grade.

INTRADNG does not guarantee that an ungraded card will receive a particular grade if submitted to a third-party grading company.

4. Prices

All prices displayed on INTRADNG.com are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise specified.

We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time.

A pricing or listing error does not create an obligation for INTRADNG to sell a product at an incorrect price.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we may cancel the affected order and refund any payment made.

5. Orders

Placing an order does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We reserve the right to:

  • Accept or decline an order.
  • Limit quantities.
  • Cancel orders.
  • Correct pricing or product-description errors.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

For packages marked as delivered by the carrier but not received, INTRADNG may require the customer to work with the shipping carrier or provide additional information before a replacement or refund is issued.

We are not responsible for manufacturer delays, allocation changes, cancellations, or release-date changes.

If a preorder is canceled or cannot be fulfilled, INTRADNG will provide an appropriate refund or other available remedy.

Also, don’t publish the placeholders for your email/address. Replace them with the actual business contact information you want customers to use.
